Estimator

Estimate your annual

Pick your aircraft for typical 100-hour / annual pricing, then add common services. Estimates only; we confirm a firm quote after looking at the aircraft and records.

Annual reservation deposit: 50% of estimated labor for the annual inspection is due to reserve your date. We schedule the aircraft only when the deposit has been received. The deposit is applied to your final invoice. Discrepancies found during the inspection are quoted separately and need your approval before we do the work.

Cancellation / rescheduling: Deposit refunds are permitted if you cancel or reschedule at least 14 days before the reserved date. No refunds within 13 days of the reserved date.

Aircraft Inspection & Service Estimator

Use this estimator to review typical 100-hour or annual inspection pricing and add common services for an aircraft-specific estimate. These figures are estimates only; contact us for a firm quote based on aircraft condition, records, and scope.

Need a custom quote? Call 719-283-3526 or email MXops@saberav.com.

Disclaimer: Prices are based on an aircraft in good condition that meets its TCDS and has a current AD list maintained. AD research and verification are billed hourly and are not included in the fixed rate.

Service Descriptions:

ACF-50 Treatment: Corrosion-inhibiting treatment applied to help protect internal aircraft structure and vulnerable areas from moisture-related corrosion. Best suited for aircraft exposed to humid, coastal, or seasonal storage conditions; pricing depends on aircraft class and access required.

Pitot Static and Transponder: Includes transponder certification under 91.413, pitot/static leak testing, or a combined pitot/static and transponder certification under 91.411 and 91.413. Required for aircraft operating in airspace or under IFR conditions where these system checks and certifications apply.

Prop Balancing: Dynamic propeller balancing helps reduce vibration, improve smoothness, and may help reduce wear on engines, mounts, exhaust, and avionics. Best performed when the propeller and engine are otherwise airworthy and properly maintained.

Aircraft Weight and Balance: Reweigh service includes leveling the aircraft, calibrated scale measurements, revised empty weight and center of gravity calculations, and updated documentation. Intended for certified piston singles and light twins up to 6,000 pounds MTOW when records need updating or equipment changes affect weight and balance accuracy.

Air Conditioning Servicing: Service covers inspection and recharge support for R-134a systems only. Best for aircraft needing restored cooling performance; final price may increase if leak diagnosis, repairs, or additional refrigerant are required.

Repair station work under certificate 3MTR418B is limited to our accepted capabilities list. Annuals, engine, and general airframe work are performed by FAA-certificated mechanics under their individual certificates.
